These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Poffelo at poffelo.com. Your seller is Novaxia LLC, at the company address below. Please read these terms together with our Shipping policy and Refund policy before ordering.

Products and descriptions

We sell armchairs, sofas, loveseats and poufs. The product page and the option selected when ordering describe the item, colour, dimensions, materials and included components. Please review these details carefully and check the available space and access to your home before ordering. Each piece is sold separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

Natural materials can have differences in grain, texture, veining or color. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. These variations do not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is expressly identified. The order total, applicable taxes, shipping charges and any disclosed discounts are shown before you submit payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout.

Please provide accurate billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We may need to verify payment or order details to prevent fraud.

Placing an order

Review the items, selected options, delivery address and total before submitting your order. We will send an order acknowledgement to the email address provided. Contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and your options. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase the agreed price without your consent. Any cancelled, unfulfilled item already paid for will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping and delivery

Standard shipping to the USA and Australia is free, with no minimum order value.

USA orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to the USA takes 7–10 business days from dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with further information.

Our Shipping policy explains delivery charges, tracking and how delays are handled. Contact us if your order is late, damaged or missing so we can help resolve the issue.

For Australia, allow 2 calendar days for processing and an estimated 11 calendar days for delivery after dispatch, for an estimated total of 13 calendar days.

Assembly and product use

Follow the assembly, use and care instructions supplied with the specific product. Products described as indoor-only must not be used outdoors. Use seating on a stable, level surface and do not stand or jump on it.

Comfort descriptions refer to ordinary seating and relaxation. These products are not medical devices, and no medical or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.

Returns, faults and cancellations

You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery and must send it back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. Return postage is at your expense for a change of mind. Poffelo covers any required return shipping for damaged, faulty or incorrect items. We do not charge restocking or handling fees or deduct the cost of the original free standard delivery.

Our Refund policy explains how to request a return, report a fault or ask to cancel an order. Please contact ppoffelo@gmail.com before returning an item. Conditions for voluntary change-of-mind returns do not remove any rights that apply to faulty, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different model, size or finish, please request a return in accordance with our return policy and place a new order separately. Eligible returns will be refunded according to the conditions and timeframes stated in our return policy.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact ppoffelo@gmail.com. These cases are handled under the “Damaged, faulty or incorrect items” section of our Refund policy. Our no-exchange policy does not limit your rights concerning these items.

Warranties and rights

Any additional commercial warranty offered for a particular product must be stated in the relevant warranty terms. These terms do not exclude any warranty, liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and disputes

If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using remedies, courts or complaint channels available under applicable law.
